Return & Exchange Policy

At House of Asian Ltd, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges to ensure the highest level of hygiene and safety for all customers.

1. Return Policy

We do not accept returns on used or opened cosmetic products due to health and safety regulations. However, we will accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 24 hours of purchase.
  • The product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • You received an expired product.

To initiate an exchange, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. If your exchange is approved, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or opened products
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products

4. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • If the item is out of stock and cannot be replaced
  • If you cancel your order before it is shipped
  • If the product is damaged and an exchange is not possible

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days and credited to the original payment method.
